Two girls are shown around a luxury flat by an estate agent who is a partner in the agency Spanking Good homes The estate agent receives a call and returns to her office, leaving the two girls alone in the flat. One of the girls pleads and begs but her girlfriend tells her it’s too expensive and if the nagging continues she’ll get a spanking. She won’t let the matter rest and is quickly put across her girlfriend’s knee, for what begins as a mild, erotic spanking, but soon turns into something a little harsher. The estate agent returns and appears delighted at discovering the girls antics. When she hears that the girls cannot afford the flat, she reminds them of the agency name and offers a discount of £10,000, if they will take a punishment. Both agree and are soon bent over the sofa for a firm hand spanking; she then produces her “toys”. The estate agent’s husband enters during the caning; he explains that the apartment belongs to himself and his wife.
